The Nissan Leaf is one of the most praised hatchback electric vehicles, and its 2023 version comes with a rearranged grill and new headlights design. Its autonomy stays the same as the 2022 version. There are three models in the line-up this year.

Interior, Comfort, and Cargo


Enjoy the spacious interior of the 2023 Nissan Leaf. The car features synthetic leather seats and multiple USB ports. With its 688 litres of cargo space with all seats up and 850 litres of space when rear seats down, the Nissan Leaf offers enough legroom for up to five passengers. You can also add cargo space by folding the backseat.

Due to its size, the Nissan Leaf remains one of the biggest hatchback electric cars in the market. The 2023 version doesn’t have a sunroof, but the interior is very bright due to tempered glass resistant to extreme weather conditions.

Infotainment and Connectivity


The 2023 Nissan Leaf features all-new technology with an 8" touchscreen on the dashboard, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Compatibility, six speakers and a USB charging port for the front seats. The dashboard has physical buttons to control the volume and the A/C. Other functions include a GPS system with 3D cartography, satellite images and radio. 

Some aspects of the car, such as the heating system, can be controlled with your smartphone via the NissanConnect app. You can also open and start your car from a distance using your phone.


Safety and Driver-Assistance Features


The Nissan Leaf Driver Assistance features many options to provide a safe drive. It has an Automatic Emergency Braking system with Pedestrian Detection. It also has automatic braking for the rear as well as warnings for blind spots, departure warning when changing lanes and the high beam assist. 

The Nissan Leaf can help you with parking with standard options such as a rear parking camera, 360° Parking sensors and an electronic parking brake with automatic brake hold. You can control your parking via the screen on the dashboard.

The Nissan Leaf comes with ten standard airbags, including front and back side-impact airbags, knee airbags, and roof-mounted curtain side-impact airbags.
